What Is A Team?
Defining “Team”
When you hear the term ‘team’, everyone has something that comes to mind. It may be a professional sports team you follow, a college or high school team you played on, your rec league slow pitch team, your child’s dance team, or even that ‘80’s garage band you played in.
But what is a team? All the examples above are quite different, but they share one defining trait. At its core, a team is really just a group of people working together to achieve a common goal.
For a team to be successful, you need the perfect mixture of skilled “players”, depth, experience, knowledge, and coaching. And for a team to reach the highest bar, each individual needs to play to their particular strengths, provide support to their teammates, and most importantly, be fully committed to the common goal.
At Baker Newby our strength is our team, and our common goal is to provide you with the best legal service possible, whatever your needs may be. Working with you and your team (whether that is your other advisors, your management team, or your family support network), our depth ensures that we can assist you with your legal issues. And like any great team, we value hard work and have a passion for what we do.
